Fischer Hall (Conference Venue):
1 Suffolk Street, London
Thanks to the University of Notre Dame's generous support, we are delighted to be able to host 'Brut in New Troy 2020' at Notre Dame's London Global Gateway, Fischer Hall, which is in the heart of the city, set on the northwest corner of Trafalgar Square.
Fischer Hall has been Notre Dame’s London centre since 1998. It was originally built as a University Club for Oxford and Cambridge graduates. Today, Fischer Hall hosts Notre Dame's London-based programs and classes, as well as external events.
Fischer Hall is close to St. James's Park, Green Park, and the River Thames. It is next to the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery, and on the doorstep of London’s Theatre District. It is therefore easy to reach via public transport. Piccadilly Circus tube station is only a 5-minute walk away.
This conference is made possible by generous support from the Henkels Lecture Fund, Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts, College of Arts and Letters, University of Notre Dame.
